Hard Questions And Some Tough Answers

Is a military takedown of the extraconstitutional, unconstitutional federal government reasonable? And is it a possibility in our time?

Every member of the United States military takes an oath to bear true faith and allegiance the Constitution of the United States and to support and defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The oath is not to the federal government, but to the Constitution, the contract under which the federal government was formed and the law, yes the law of the land, under which the federal government must conduct itself in order to be legitimate.

No, the federal government is not supreme, the Constitution is supreme, and the Constitution invalidates any fraudulent – that is unconstitutional government – that seeks to stand in its place since it nullifies and invalidates its laws and actions.

So the purpose of the military is not to protect the federal government, whatever it manipulate its way into becoming, but to protect the Constitution. As a force and a unit, this is its assigned task and purpose, bound and held together by the oath that each and every individual within the military takes.

Of course, the enemies of the Constitution, Soetoro/Obama, his Marxist/Maoist/Zionist czars, cabinet members, and Supreme Court nominees discuss the pretexts under which they can deny free speech, deny the right to bear arms, that is the unalienable right to self defense – a corollary of the unalienable right to life – which, as stated in The Declaration of Independence includes the right of the people to defend themselves against tyrannical governments, deny due process, deny the right to privacy, and deny justice for the preservation of a criminal regime that has by force and fraud taken control of the government.

For example, Soetoro/Obama is clearly a constitutionally invalid president, an antipresident, yet no one on the civilian side with any ability to do something, whether through Congress, the courts, or even the criminal justice system in the form of the FBI and Department of Justice, is honest enough to do something about it, so the high crimes and treasonous acts of the administration continue, unchecked, while Congress, the courts, and federal agencies all aid, abet, and participate in them.

So, with the civilian arm of government bound to unconstitutionality and the military arm the only free arm of government remaining, would it be right for the military to take down a civilian government demonstrably made up of enemies of the Constitution? After all, it is the military’s sworn duty to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

And if so, is there a patriotic element within the military that thinks outside the military-industrial, corporate complex and the globalist agenda and recognizes the illegitimacy of a defacto government that both openly and secretly – in thought, word, and deed – seeks to and actually does act in violation of the Constitution? Is there an element within the military that takes its mission to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, seriously, as was intended; that knows its enemies, including the president, congressmen, justices, cabinet members, czars, on down, and has them targeted along with the globalists that helped place them in their positions of unconstitutional power; who realize that while they are guarding poppy fields in Afghanistan and preparing to take on Iran, foreign troops are training on our soil to help both foreign and domestic enemies seize our Republic?

Our foreign enemies, that is ‘terrorists’ are largely an illusion, while the globalists as well as the domestic enemies, for whom terrorists work, are very real.

I believe that our military is oath and duty bound to take back America and see that it is restored to Constitutional rule.

Also to be considered are preemptive strikes on the enemy leadership abroad, such as the Rothschilds, the Bilderbergs, UN minions and so forth. Since it is nothing for them, through the CIA, to target civilian gatherings such as wedding parties in Iraq and Pakistan to eliminate those whom they consider to be terrorist leaders, the precedent is there to eliminate the leadership of our global enemy through air strikes or more covert means.

I’m not advocating this, just stating that in what is a war for our Constitution and Republic, those in a position and with the means to implement such action should be studying these options, now.

In other words, when it comes to our survival as a sovereign Republic, everything should remain on the table. And while the globalists are committing our military to fight and die on their behalf and on behalf of Israel on yet another front, namely Iran, the option of eliminating the criminals who in many ways profit from such schemes while destroying the Constitution and the cause of liberty at home, should be considered. Every otherwise immoral act becomes possible to us to be used against them if it is an act which they had used or initiated.

We are not talking about innocents, here, but evil, in which their weapons become legitimate weapons against them. They made the rules, so what if we use their rules of engagement against them? They set up the system, so what, if we, in turn, take advantage of the system in our defense. Let them enjoy their idea of what is just from the other side of the table, while true justice is meted our against them.

Bob Chapman: Foreign Troops In America Not Going Home

On one of his regular visits to the Alex Jones Show, today, Bob Chapman, of The International Forecaster mentioned that he does another program with active and retired military, and contrary to what was said earlier this week by Craig Hulet on Coast to Coast AM (see post of 07/28/10), he is hearing comments such as the following, in conversations mostly with active military:

  • If ordered to do so, they will not shoot at Americans.
  • If foreign troops come into this country, they are not going home.
  • If they push the military hard enough, many of them will do what we want them to do, and stand in there for us.

Of course all of this sounds quite contrary to what Hulet, a consultant to the establishment, has said.

Think of it, they will not fire on Americans, they will annihilate foreign troops brought in to subdue America, and if pushed hard enough, many of them will do what we want them to do, and stand in support of the people.

Should this all come down, Chapman says we should go to the military and ask them how we can help them. Yes, just as in 1776, the militias and the Army could be working side by side once again.

This is a big ray of sunshine for those of us who struggle to maintain our liberty.

So is the gloomy shadow cast by people such as Hulet and the globalists mere wishful thinking on their part as they fear for their future – in prison or on the gallows – after their failed coup against the Constitution and the Republic?

They will not fare as well as the South did after the Civil War – and the South did not fare very well at all. And to borrow from scripture, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth!

A Civil War Within The Military?

In the previous post I speculated on the possibility of a civil war within the military if the military took on a ’shoot Americans’ policy on behalf of globalists and the domestic enemies within civil government.

Consider that before the Civil War began, everyone wearing the American Army uniform of the day was part of the United States Army. Lee, for example, was an American general before he became a general in the Confederacy.

When the war came, there was North and South. There was the Union and the Confederacy. The split among the troops came easily with secession, it was by-and-large geographical.

But what would a civil war be like if a split in the military was to be based on those who kept their oath to the Constitution and those who were led astray by its enemies? Those who stood by their duty to protect the American people and their rights, and those who would deny the American people their rights to the point of killing them?

It would certainly be a confusing situation with everyone intertwined. But I suppose one army would be called the Oath Keepers, and the other the Domestic Enemies or just the Good Guys and the Bad Guys. The first a group of loyalists true to the Constitution. The second a group of losers and traitors, of brain-dead uninformed followers, who took an oath but didn’t mean it or took an oath that meant nothing to them.

Craig Hulet: The Government Has No Need To Confiscate Guns

The first guest on Coast to Coast AM this morning, was Craig Hulet, who according to his Coast to Coast bio has for more than 20 years been a “consultant to federal law enforcement ATF&E of Justice/Homeland Security.” He also served in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Division, 1969-70, and is still a “paid analyst and consultant in various areas of geopolitical, business and security issues.”

If I heard correctly, Hulet told George Noory that there would be no need to confiscate guns in America because, in the end, civilians could not withstand something like a battalion of the 101st Airborne coming after them and wouldn’t put up a fight. He also said that today’s all volunteer force is quite different from the Vietnam era military and would not hesitate in following orders to fire on Americans.

This could be true, or it could be the kind of thinking and/or disinformation Hulet gets paid to put out as a long-time consultant to criminal federal agencies.

There were a lot of battalions of many Army divisions in Vietnam and with all their firepower they could not subdue that tiny nation with as many as a half-million or more troops in country at any one time. Iraq was a problem for them, Afghanistan continues to be a very big problem for them. And who knows what an Iran and/or Syria and/or North Korea and/or Venezuela would bring.

They should also consider the experience of Vietnam and if they can really keep a sleeping giant down as well as the the veterans factor and Kennedy’s analysis of the situation in Indochina prior to our expanding involvement in Vietnam.

A ’shoot Americans first’ scenario could also lead to a civil war within the military, itself, and so occupy them in another fashion.

Most of us, I’m sure, want to take back out Constitutional Republic peacefully, which is why we wage an info war. However, is what Hulet says really true or just some combination of disinformation and wishful thinking on his part?

We shall, perhaps, see.

Oath Keeper And Potential Hero, Or Loser And Domestic Enemy?

When and if the time comes to make a stand, will you be a true patriot and hero, or a domestic enemy and a loser. Will you abide by your oath to the Constitution, or perjure yourself by acting contrary to the ONE TRUE GOVERNMENT that you swore to support and defend?

Notice the oath you took wasn’t to the District of Columbia, the President, or Congress, and certainly not to the federal bureaucracy, but to the Constitution.

Are you an Oath Keeper? If not, here’s what they stand for and what you should stand for, particularly if you at any time wore the uniform of the United States military. Anything less would clearly brand you as a domestic enemy of the Constitution, and if done consciously with foreknowledge, a traitor as well.

OATH KEEPERS is a non-partisan association of Military, Veterans, and peace officers who will honor their oaths to defend the Constitution, will NOT just follow orders, will stand for liberty, and will save the Republic, so help us God. Our motto is:

“Not on Our Watch!”

SUMMARY LIST OF ORDERS WE WILL NOT OBEY:

1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.

2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people

3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as unlawful enemy combatants or to subject them to military tribunal.

4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a state of emergency on a state.

5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.

6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.

7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to keep the peace or to maintain control.

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.

10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

So what will it be, Oath Keeper and potential hero, or loser and domestic enemy?

The choice is clear, and the choice is yours.
