Hear The Rattle? Hear The Rattle!

You can hear it everywhere. Patriotic Americans, fed up with an outlaw government that is not serving them but serving outside powers, are giving notice that the Constitution and our rights and freedom do matter and that the tyrants had better watch where they step.

These new heroes are speaking out at tea parties and through organizations such as We The People Foundation, Oath Keepers, Campaign For Liberty, We Are Change, 911 Truth, and others.

States and citizens are claiming their rights under the 10th Amendment, and some states are placing the manufacture and sale of firearms for use within their states outside of federal control.

They are calling their congressman, writing, faxing, and emailing their congressmen, and personally confronting their congressman about issues that range from the Bilderbergs, to the 911 cover-up, to Obama’s Constitutional ineligibility to be President and Commander In Chief, while the so-called representatives of the people, with few exceptions, fail to listen though the rattle can clearly be heard.

Our Nation, and the Constitution that gave it life, has many enemies both here and abroad. They are being warned to watch where they tread. You can hear the rattle over the airwaves, over the Internet, and at public events. Those who took an oath to protect, defend, and bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution need to be especially careful, because not to live up to their oaths is treason.

Remember, the federal government is NOT the Nation. The Nation is the states and the people bound together by the Constitution. The federal government is an agent of the states and the people with only specific, limited powers to facilitate their union as stated in the Constitution. The federal government has broken its agency contract between it, the people, and the states. In effect the federal government has nullified that contract. It says it is not restricted to the limited powers the Constitution gave it which means the states and the people are no longer bound by any contract with the federal government, as well.

Hearing the rattle, the most prudent thing the federal government could do would be to return to Constitutional rule. Their folly, however, persists.

Those behind the scenes in this growing drama identify with the serpent. It’s one of their symbols. Their serpent, however, is not our rattlesnake. Their serpent is little more than a cunning coward who works in secret and hides in the darkness; an instigator, much like themselves. And that serpent and its minions are being watched by a growing group of concerned and freedom-loving Americans who are in their own ways giving that centuries-old notice of the American Revolution: DON’T TREAD ON US!

Emerson's Concord Hymn... Why Read It And Weep?

Because Emerson’s poem brings the sad state of our beloved Nation into the light.

Those heroes, the Farmers at Concord bridge that fired the shot heard round the world, and those who died or dared to face death throughout the American Revolution to leave their children free, have been badly let down.

They died for America’s children, but America’s children didn’t care enough to protect the valuable treasure left to them, a treasure born of blood: their freedom.

They allowed their Constitutional government, the government they have the absolute and unalienable right to change, by force, if necessary, go where it has no business going and do what it has no business doing.

For example:

Fraudulently getting involved in foreign wars.

Fraudulently turning over the control of our money to foreign bankers.

Fraudulently and forcibly collecting income taxes from Americans not liable for the income tax.

Fraudulently restricting interstate commerce rather than enabling commerce between and among the states.

Fraudulently abridging the right to bear arms.

Fraudulently denying the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.

Fraudulently enacting treaties that violate our unalienable rights and our rights as specified within the Bill of Rights.

Fraudulently failing to protect our borders from invasion by foreign nationals from Mexico and Latin America.

Fraudulently treating patriotic Americans as terrorists.

Fraudulently giving agents of foreign governments positions of power within our government.

Fraudulently allowing globalists and multi-national corporations to control our government.

Fraudulently allowing a foreign national, whose last known citizenship was Indonesian, to hold the position of President and Commander in Chief.

Read It And Weep

CONCORD HYMN

by Ralph Waldo Emerson

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April’s breeze unfurled,
Here once the embattled farmers stood,
And fired the shot heard round the world.

The foe long since in silence slept;
Alike the conqueror silent sleeps;
And Time the ruined bridge has swept
Down the dark stream which seaward creeps.

On this green bank, by this soft stream,
We set to-day a votive stone;
That memory may their deed redeem,
When, like our sires, our sons are gone.

Spirit, that made those heroes dare,
To die, and leave their children free,
Bid Time and Nature gently spare
The shaft we raise to them and thee.

The Rattlesnake Is Symbolic Of The Patriot

The following is excerpted and paraphrased from an anonymous article by “An American Guesser” that was published in the Pennsylvania Journal in 1775. The article has been attributed to Benjamin Franklin.

The rattlesnake is found nowhere except in America. Its sharp eyes symbolize vigilance. The rattlesnake never initiates an attack, nor when engaged, ever surrenders; it is a symbol of magnanimity and true courage. The rattlesnake never wounds before giving generous notice, and has cautioned against the danger of treading on it.

Of course, the rattlesnake was used on the “Don’t Tread On Me” Gadsden Flag of the American Revolution. For more information, visit http://www.gadsden.info/.

You First!

The second amendment certainly gives us the right – and implies the duty – that the people be armed. Those who gave us the Constitution knew what tyranny was and their concern, to borrow from a familiar phrase, was that WHEN GUNS ARE OUTLAWED, ONLY AN OUTLAW GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE GUNS. They didn’t want that to happen.

Someone posting a comment elsewhere, today, said:

“Citizens should give up there(sic) guns as soon as the police and military do!”

That’s right, the people should only give up their arms after the police and military give up theirs.

Of course that won’t happen, so the people will continue to keep theirs. It’s our right in the present and our duty to our past and our future.

Add THAT To Your Tea Party And Stick It To Them

“Taxation without representation is tyranny.”

So said James Otis of Boston, and this slogan was used throughout the American Revolution and in the years leading up to it.

Americans know we are living under tyranny, today, because our elected representatives keep piling on the taxes, but they no longer represent us.

Today, government represents Wall Street and the banksters, big pharma, agribusiness, the CFR, the ADL, globalists, internationalists, Zionists, global warming fraudsters, and a whole lot more. But it doesn’t represent people, individual men and women and their needs and interests, their rights and liberties, and their freedom.

It doesn’t listen to us, so it doesn’t represent us when it enacts or even proposes legislation which the people strongly oppose, be it controlling the border and not giving amnesty to illegal aliens, pushing through costly issues like “Cap & Trade” and a national health care program the people do not want, enacting laws and policies that are odious to the Constitution such gun laws and laws that limit free speech, privacy, and our right to be left alone.

Since our elected officials clearly don’t represent us but represent lobbyists, special interests, and the banksters and corporation that pay them off, this renegade, outlaw government that falsely claims power over us deserves neither our respect nor our support. It operates outside the Constitution, under color of law, and refuses to be bound by the rules under which the states and we the people, gave it a limited amount of power.

It fact, not only does this outlaw government not represent us, it is now openly at war with the American people and quietly stripping us of our rights and liberties, calling patriots and those who believe in the governing Constitution and their rights ‘terrorists’ while viewing their tyranny as ‘lawful,’ though in light of the Constitution, it clearly is not.

They’re bent, and it’s time to straighten them out.

They Can Hide, But They Can't Run!

Tuesday, July 14th, was Bastille Day, the beginning of the end of the French monarchy.

I remember Gorbachev, here, giving a speech a couple of decades or so ago and talking about the two ‘great revolutions’ which he proclaimed were the Russian and the French.

Of course, from his myopic, socialistic perspective, the American Revolution, the best and most moral revolution and one that needs to be re-fought on a global scale didn’t count.

However things may look through controlled media sources, tyranny will not last, and economic pestilence will be eliminated.

If this doesn’t happen peacefully, it will probably end in the French style. And like those who faced the guillotine, the narcissistic slugs that parasitically feed off the world economies for their selfish ends and sarcastically think the equivalent of “let them eat cake” can hide but they can’t run. Their time will come in due course, and they will face the music of the world they sought to destroy. Try as they might, they can not kill all of us fast enough to prevent that.

"The Current De Facto President Serves In Mockery And Defiance Of The Constitution"

Major Stefan Cook, who brought suit against being sent to Afghanistan stating it would be illegal to follow the orders of an illegitimate Commander in Chief, had his orders rescinded just before the hearing, challenging his deployment, that was scheduled for tomorrow. However, the Department of Defense was quick to retaliate by having his civilian employer, a defense contractor, fire him.

Attorney Olrly Taitz, who represents Major Cook, uses some strong language in her toughly worded brief, language that in this politically correct culture we’re just not used to hearing. For example:

“Perhaps slightly more remote and speculative, but possible, plausible, and by no means without precedent in the past century is the possibility that if THIS Plaintiff is not allowed access to the truth, someone else may yet expose that the current de facto President serves in mockery and defiance of the Constitution, and that all his military adventures abroad will eventually be classified as private, slave armies engaged in private, piratical warfare unsanctioned by International Law and subject this Plaintiff to prosecution as a war criminal.”

You can learn more about this case and what this usurper president has going against him from her blog post:
