We have a problem.

The de facto President and Commander-in-Chief is not an American and not qualified to serve in either capacity. He is a foreign agent of the international bankers and globalists, and an enemy infiltrator backed by their corrupt media and corporations.

He was just sworn in as President of the United Nations Security Council, pledging his allegiance to an international body which seeks to replace our Constitution with international rule. NO president has ever before done this.

Obama needs to go and he needs to go quickly. But if the courts won’t do it and congress won’t do it and if both, in fact, are complicit in his deception; and if the attorney general is an accessory after the fact, and possibly before the fact, and now part of the cover up, it seems redress by civilian means is closed.

There is, however, another way.

As commander-in-chief, Obama, can and should face court-martial. Officers are not above being investigated by the CID or facing court-martial, and as commander-in-chief, his treason and his giving unlawful orders should be investigated by the military and he should be tried in their courts.

Military courts are not within civilian authority, and we know how the military handled traitors during the American Revolution.

Could his alleged presidency end in a coup?

The civilian government is looking for an excuse to implement martial law, but what if martial law came against them?

It’s been a long time since I’ve last read Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged, and I’ve often wondered how it would be possible to actually do something like that under today’s circumstances because no one really fits the description of the entrepreneur heroes of that novel.

Today’s corporate types are anything but entrepreneurs. They are interchangeable cogs that manipulate the system and surrounding circumstance and have simply swallowed up the many individual businesses that were at one time created by true entrepreneurs. Simply put, these pirates of the business world do not like competition, and if they can not beat it, they buy it, even if it means a hostile takeover. Furthermore, big government and big corporations make queer bedfellows. Why would they seek to shut something down that works in their favor? And nothing much is actually made in the USA, today, anyway.

As for retail and service business, they are dominated by large corporations, and McDonald’s or Wal-Mart closing their doors wouldn’t really accomplish anything even if they would, which they won’t. Ray Kroc and Sam Walton, the entrepreneurs that created them, are long gone.

There is, however, one ’service business’ today that really has clout, and that’s doctors. This is especially true right now with federalized health care on the globalist/corporate agenda. The people in this profession are all pretty much entrepreneurs, that is independents, even if they work in corporate medicine. In other words, they have their own practices whose doors they can open or close at will.

Now the thought of impending federalized health care has many of them so thoroughly upset that they are planning a Million Med March on Washington for October 1st. As one of them, Richard Chudacoff, MD, a Las Vegas gynecologist has said, “Perhaps we will show the country that physicians are worth more than a $5 copay; that physicians are more important than a mid-level healthcare worker; and that our profession is needed, our services are required, and our practice is a calling to be respected, not a trade that is to be negotiated to the lowest bidder.”

People are already by-and-large opposed to Obama’s big push for federalized health care, so if the doctors slowly began shutting their doors, and many of them will, might not the people in need of their services become even more enraged?

Yes, there is room for an Atlas Shrugged scenario in at least one big part of our economy, that’s the medical profession. Lawyers would not be missed.

Even if all that sea-ice were to melt, this would no more raise sea-levels than a cube of ice melting in a gin and tonic increases the volume of liquid in the glass.

Actually the whole idea behind the global warming hoax is to sell dummies and the scientifically illiterate on the need to pay even more in taxes to our avowed enemies, the globalist banksters, in the form of carbon credits. If there is a war going on in America – and there is, point in fact being troops in the streets of America – why are most people still acting like sheeple and sleeping through it?

I think it’s because most people still don’t feel personally affected by what is happening around them.

Do you remember the Vietnam war protests of the late 1960’s and early 1970’s and calls and songs for FREEDOM?

That anti-war movement got its power from people who were directly affected by the war: potential draftees, their girlfriends, and their families. Never was the government more hated, with Nixon finally becoming the scapegoat for that hatred.

But notice once the war went away so did the protesters, their movement, and their outcry against government and for freedom. With their asses no longer on the line, their ideals quickly evaporated or wandered off to a commune somewhere.

In other words, what’s happening today isn’t pinching people quite enough; it isn’t personal enough. Their asses, or the equivalent, are not on the line.

Once it does effect them personally, watch out. More are being pinched daily, squeezed daily, and are waking up. And once this awakening hits critical mass, it will be hard to control and there will be a complete meltdown.

This outlaw regime knows it which is why we are seeing what we are seeing, that is, lies, propaganda, misinformation, media manipulation, downplaying facts, hiding facts, troops in the streets, detention camps being built, lethal vaccines forced on people for non-lethal illnesses, and all the rest in an effort to control the reaction. But at some point, every move the government makes will only prove the aroused citizens’ case against it.

What will cause critical mass to take over and an explosion to take place?

That’s hard to say. Maybe reducing the value of their dollars by a decimal point. Maybe imposing martial law on a relatively free people. Maybe additional taxes, as through Cap & Trade or the proposed health insurance tax. Maybe coming after the guns or violating other rights such as free speech and the right to assemble, and petition for redress. Maybe shutting down the internet.

We don’t know when it will come or what will cause it, but there will come a point when enough of 300,000,000 Americans will either remove the traitors peacefully (still possible, if that’s the way the traitors allow themselves to go) or more likely, not so peacefully.

Two million descending on Washington with reportedly more being turned away, is nothing to sell short. And that was just people who were able to make the trip.

Of course, the march on Washington had to be played down, just as the Vietnam war protests were played up. It’s all about the angle being pushed by the media, which unlike then, is now under indirect, if not direct, government control.

If the late Walter Cronkite could, today, come out against the globalists the way he finally came out against the Vietnam war, their days would be numbered just like the days of that war were numbered once he spoke out against it. But, of course, he was a globalist and the globalists own the media, which is freedom’s handicap.

But, eventually, critical mass will end the globalists’ rule, probably in the French style, and ‘liberty, fraternity, equality’ will be suitable rallying cries.

Now does anyone still make a good guillotine, these days.

Heard a few minutes of what I believe was Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff taking calls on C-Span.

Within minutes, he gave the same dishonest non-answer, twice.

One caller asked about how to get what the “elites” are doing to our country investigated since he was getting the runaround between the DHS and the FBI. Chertoff equated the caller with “people who deny the holocaust” and who “believe Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii.”

Another caller brought up 9/11, nano thermite, and the government’s complicity in the events of that day and once again, Chertoff equated the caller with “people who deny the holocaust” and who “believe Obama was not born in Hawaii!”

Since we know the “elites” are up to no good, and we know Obama was not born in Hawaii, and we know that nano thermite was found at the the site of the World Trade Center, and we know that the government was complicit in the 9/11 attack, and since Chertoff thinks none of this is real and denies these truths which he equates with the holocaust, well he must not believe the holocaust was real, either.

He is also a denier of the missing two trillion Pentagon dollars and claims he never heard of it.

This guy is a real fish. He’s dumber than Bush ever was or pretended to be.

Certification documents from Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic National Committee have surfaced that show Nancy Pelosi and the DNC knew Soetoro/Obama was not Constitutionally qualified to serve as president.

Whereas the Republican party had one document certifying that McCain and Palin were Constitutionally qualified, the DNC issued two versions, the first stating Obama and Biden were Constitutionally qualified, the second leaving out that phrase.

These documents are evidence of a criminal conspiracy to defraud voters in an attempt to foist an unconstitutional president on the American people and put a foreign national in the oval office since they show that Pelosi and the Democrats knew Soetoro/Obama did not meet Constitutional qualifications.

There are reports that the document the DNC forwarded to Hawaii did include the ‘Constitutionally qualified’ phrase because Hawaii required it, and that it might also have gone to others with the same requirement.

Speculation on the matter is that the document without the ‘Constitutionally qualified’ phrase was used to circumvent the possibility of the perpetrators facing perjury charges in the 50 states, should their treason be exposed.

We’d be needing a bigger net, but so many of these “minnows pretending to be sharks” – to borrow from 007 in Doctor No – are already in it!

Two million of what the Department Of Homeland Security has defined as terrorists – that is, patriots who believe in the Constitution and their rights – took Washington DC, Saturday. The massive assembly was peaceful and no buildings were destroyed, but judging by the stink rising from certain circles, they did manage to scare the shit out of many collectivists and politicians. It was bigger than Woodstock!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!

I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

Today, Charlie Sheen released his Twenty Minutes With The President interview with Barack Obama while in California a trial on the eligibility of our anti-hero has been tentatively scheduled for January 26th.

Sheen’s interview addresses his concerns about the original 9/11 investigation that several commission members and attorneys have called a white wash and a cover-up.

Sheen hopes to get enough public interest in the many unanswered questions regarding the alleged attack and real destruction of the World Trade Center to force Obama to keep his promises of transparency and change by calling for a new investigation.
