Down The Rat Hole

Yesterday’s Hoffman Wire suggested that the ADL has placed Michael Savage, Joseph Farah, and Glenn Beck on its enemies list to, in effect, give them credibility among the patriot community. Hoffman calls this a false flag operation and says:

Savage, Farah, and Beck provide an incomparable boost to the prestige and power of Judaism and the Israeli war machine. These aspects of their broadcast persona quite naturally trouble a segment of their populist base. This base has at least some passing acquaintance with information from revisionists, anti-Zionists, and Christian critics of the Talmud. What better way to suppress skepticism than by giving this trio the ADL’s stamp of disapproval?

Within the past week, or so, Alex Jones was also harshly attacked by the ADL, The Jerusalem Post, and others, so why didn’t Michael Hoffman treat him similarly?

I think it’s because even though he seldom mentions Zionists or Israel, Jones knows what is going on and unlike the others, does not add power and prestige to Judaism and the Israeli war machine. He would like nothing better than to have the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan end, while the others are all for continuing them and expanding them into Iran, Israel’s current arch enemy.

There are many looking for ulterior motives in Jones’ message, and yesterday’s cointelpro attack against him in the infowars comments area was especially nasty.

The enemy knows were Jones stands, and I believe these attacks are just the enemy trying to divide patriots. He is hurting them more than anyone, so they use a variety of cheap shots to discredit him among his listeners and the visitors to his websites, particularly new listeners and new visitors who haven’t heard Jones long enough to trust him.

Jones does take the battle to its source, though he doesn’t necessarily call them by name because he knows that the enemy likes nothing better than to take the infowar off itself and siphon it into racism, anti-semitism, and the left/right paradigm.
