Aside from the obstacle which is the sheer size of America and her population, our nation has some 25,000,000 veterans leavened throughout its 308,000,000 people. That’s 8.1%, about 8 per 100 Americans.

Not all veterans are combat veterans, neither have most of them served in a war zone in any capacity. For example, while 9,087,000 Americans served on active duty between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975, the official Vietnam era, only 2,709,918 actually served in Vietnam. That’s less than a third. Most of the rest either stayed stateside or were sent to Germany or Korea.

Small as that number might be, proportionally, there is something all veterans have in common: they completed basic combat training and at the very least are still capable of firing a rifle accurately. And while practice helps, firing a rifle is a lot like riding a bike; you don’t really forget.

From U.S. Census data, in 2004 there were 24.5 million veterans in the U.S. and in 2007, 23.7 million. If, as stated in a Veteran’s Day article last week, there are now 25 million veterans in America, it must mean veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq era are growing at a faster rate than the remaining octogenarians of WWII pass.

I don’t know what the globalists are considering, but I have to think that most veterans believe in America and will stand by her. Even among the remaining 8,000,000 badly maligned Vietnam veterans* most of whom are in their late 50’s or early 60’s, 91% of them are happy to have served in Vietnam and 74% say they would do it again.

If they would be willing to do that again, I am sure they would be willing to stand up for America when globalist aggression against America is in their face, as would all who proudly served their country and understood the situation. They’ve already done it once, and not even on home turf. I believe they would do it again.

* How could the Vietnam war be called lost when Americans never lost a significant battle, kicked serious ass during Tet, and had cordially left Vietnam under a signed peace accord 2 years before Saigon fell because congress cut off funds to the South Vietnamese after North Vietnam resumed aggression with Russian and Chinese aid? But that’s the way the dishonest, agenda driven media spins things.

How do you keep a sleeping giant, down?

Propaganda, false assurances, stealth, deceit, treachery, and entertainment all come to mind.

America may be asleep, but Americans are armed. And armed beyond the three percent alluded to in patriotic parlance.

America is large. It is a sleeping giant. And Americans will respond when attacked – women, and possibly children included – as people do in every war for survival.

At the height of the Vietnam war, 1968, there were 530,000 to 553,000 American forces in South Vietnam. I’m assuming the former number was ground forces and the latter also included in theater air and naval forces.

There were also 650,000 ARVN (Army of the Republic of Viet Nam), plus almost 313,000 South Koreans, nearly 50,000 Australians, and approximately 10,000 from New Zealand, Thailand, and the Philippines.

In all, according to Wikipedia, there was a troop strength of approximately 1,200,000, this in a nation of 17,000,000, comprised of 65,948 square miles. But if you add up the numbers you will see it was actually far more, 1,576,000, with just the U.S. and ARVN topping the 1,200,000 mark.

By comparison, our land, America, has a population of 308,000,000 and covers 3,615,211 square miles. At the 1,200,000 rate it would take a force of some 21,750,000 to equal the force in Vietnam in 1968. At the 1,576,000 rate it would take a force of 28,553,000 on a per capita basis.

It would probably also take 20 times the firepower, at least, when you consider the land mass, and there are no B-52’s to do carpet bombing as they did, out of Guam, in Vietnam, since that bomber fleet from the 1950’s is gone, as are the WWII era battleships that sent in massive artillery rounds from offshore in a war that couldn’t be won in a decade.

More recently, and for what’s quickly becoming a decade as well, the globalists have had us bogged down in Iraq, with its 169,240 square miles and a population of about 24,000,000, and Afghanistan, with 251,000 square miles, and a population of 12,000,000, without success.

Let them dream on.

The enemy has its grand designs, its delusions of grandeur, they might even resort to chemical and biological weapons, but their mission is nearly impossible, and they know it.

They also know that our military, the best of it, will stand with America.

The giant sleeps. Do they dare stir it?

Their stealth attack, led by Obama, has failed and he and they have been exposed as the traitors that they are in forcing through, or in attempting to force through, or in wanting to force through every form of vile and Constitutionally repugnant legislation and doing it in the face of tremendous opposition from we the people. His use of so-called czars to bypass the Constitution is alien both on its face and in fact and is another strike against him and them.

Remember, as they certainly do, that some 2,000,000 to by some estimates 4,000,000 marched on Washington back in September, and that they were only the tip of what these treasonous globalists face within OUR nation. They also know that if this goes down, they will be marked men, fugitives facing Constitutional justice with its remedy for treason.

In the meantime, hang on to your guns – they protect your unalienable right to life along your unalienable right to liberty – and keep waking up your neighbors. The more that know the truth, the more that are exposed to the treason, the more there will be at your side when the time comes for armed defense.

You saw what a mobilized America did during WWII despite the president, FDR, being a globalist and a traitor and the allies being sellouts to Stalin and Zionist Marxist interests.

Well wait until Americans face foreign troops on their soil and learn their so-called government placed them here. The globalists WILL be sorry they ever stirred it.

They are playing their last big hand, and it will be a losing one. They can hide but they can’t run, and the perpetrators will get to see that it’s a small world, after all, even smaller than in their wildest, globalist dreams.
